A little boat ride

We took a little boat ride last weekend to Crystal River to take Ryan's co-workers/friends family swimming with manatees.  For Jason and his wife Wendy it wasn't their first time swimming with manatees...But for their 5 year old son Cody it was. So, for Cody's 5th birthday what better way to celebrate! Ryan and I decided on this trip that we are going to invest in a wet suit for Noah and take him on the next trip.  We think he's ready!!! He thinks so too!

Cedar Key

Ryan, Noah and I got to see Lynzie and her Dad, Gary in Cedar Key on their "Dad-Daughter" weekend. Cedar Key is about 45min-1 hour from where we live. So, it was a great to drive a short distance and spend a few hours with both of them. Lynzie's Mother, Robin and Gary spent a lot of time there when she was still with us. What a great way to celebrate her life and spend a few days in one of her favorite places. It was a very special time for them...I'm glad that we got to be a part of it.

Is Noah's new favorite thing to do on our days off.  We bring lunch to Ryan's work and have a picnic right on the water...Then Ryan takes him fishing in the work boat house for guaranteed fish catching!

Fall is in the air...

We took Noah to the Browns Farm Festival, Corn Maize and Pumpkin Patch

It was a Mommy - Son day at the Scarecrow Fest in Crystal River. What a cool beautiful day...full of fun fall festivities including a hayride, pumpkin patch and more!

It even had a butterfly garden!
