Fathers Day Weekend and "Whats that noises Mommy?"

Fathers Day extravaganza weekend started on Saturday.  We took Noah to his first Tampa Bay Rays Baseball game...Rays VS. Marlins (Rays Won!!).  I don't know what Noah was more excited about...the actual baseball game...Or the peanuts and cracker jacks...Or maybe it was just getting to spend time with Daddy!  Let me back up a little bit to Friday night...as I rocked my baby boy to sleep...I whispered to him that he had to go Night Night...because tomorrow we were going to a Baseball game!  Next Morning I get him out of the crib...first thing out of his mouth "Lets go Baseball game!!!" No good Morning...just "Get me dressed!" "C'mon Mommy! Lets go Baseball Game!" LOL, this child has the best memory! So, I spend the next 7 hours telling Noah, not yet...We are going to the baseball game tonight....and we have to pick up Daddy first!  I think I must told him that about 40 times. The time couldn't come soon enough!  Ryan was working in Tampa already...as he normally does every weekend at Egmont Key in the summertime...So, we had to pick him up at the marina...Noah was SOOOO excited to see him!  This child lives, breathes and eats up his Dad!  Ryan can walk out the door for just a second and Noah get's sad.  I love the bond that they have together. SO back to the baseball game...LOL...SO, what was I thinking bringing a 2 year old to a baseball game??? He still had an awesome time...but- really didn't want to sit still at ALL (I should have known this...music class seems to come back to mind!)  Thank goodness for other activities at the baseball game...Like coloring pictures and petting sting ray's in the Ray tank Oh, and getting on TV!

Yes, my lil stinker got on TV with Rylee, they are both HAMS!  This came after Rylee winked at the camera man until he gave in. I'm going to say my superstar Son made at least a 10 second TV debut! We decided it was time to leave once Noah ripped off his shoes and socks and was insistant that they were not going back on...So, We made our way to the marina to get on Ryan's work boat and head to Egmont Key for the rest of our Fathers Day weekend to continue.  Let's just say 5 minutes on the boat put Noah right to sleep...Always does.

He has come far from his very first boat ride...on our first trip to Egmont Key last summer.  Lets just say he was NOT a happy camper!

Can you say Ticked off!!! Very first time on a boat...

Thank goodness those days are behind us.  My little boy is a beach bum!  He just LOVES the beach...He can't swim yet, but he gives it a good shot...he hangs on to the noodle and kicks his little feet like a champ.  The goal for this summer is to have him swimming without the noodle. He found a little boat on the beach that someone left behind...and he had more fun digging out a hole in the sand and watching the water come fill it up and "float his boat."  What made Noah MOST excited about the whole weekend??? Everytime Daddy would drive by on the "bad boy"- He can hear that sucker coming from a mile a way...and says "Whats that noises Mommy?" Then, he realizes its Daddy and he just starts screaming with excitement...Its so cute to see his face light up...Proof of the bond between the two of them.

"Happy Fadders Day!"

Where did Daddy go?

Silly Daddy!  Silly Noah!

Boat ride off the island.  Not suprised...asleep again!  Something about the boat rocking & noises that just soothes him...
